These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client,” “User,” or “You”) and Credzon (the “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your access to and use of our website, services, and any related interactions. By accessing our website, registering for our services, making a payment, or communicating with our representatives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our website and services.
Credzon is a service-oriented organization that provides assistance in credit score improvement, credit report analysis, dispute resolution support, and financial advisory services. Our services are designed to help clients identify discrepancies in their credit reports, understand factors affecting their credit profile, and take corrective actions through proper channels. In certain premium packages, additional services such as loan consultation, structured financial planning guidance, or legal assistance may also be included. However, all services provided by Credzon are strictly limited to advisory, facilitation, and assistance roles, and we do not function as a credit bureau, lender, financial institution, or legal authority.
The scope of services provided by Credzon varies depending on the package selected by the client at the time of enrollment. Each package may include specific features, limitations, and benefits, such as a defined number of dispute filings, consultation sessions, or support services. Clients acknowledge that services are limited to the scope outlined in their selected package, and any additional services requested beyond that scope may incur extra charges at the discretion of Credzon. All services are non-transferable and are intended solely for the individual or entity that has registered and made payment for the services.
Credzon operates strictly within the framework of applicable laws and ethical business practices. We do not engage in or support any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities, including but not limited to manipulation of credit data, submission of false claims, or misrepresentation of financial information. Clients are strictly prohibited from requesting or encouraging such activities, and any such attempt may result in immediate termination of services without refund, along with potential legal consequences.
While Credzon aims to provide effective and reliable services, we explicitly do not guarantee any specific outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, guaranteed increases in credit score, guaranteed removal of negative entries, guaranteed approval of loans, or guaranteed timelines for results. Credit score improvement is a complex process influenced by multiple factors, including the accuracy of the client’s credit history, financial behavior, repayment patterns, credit utilization, and decisions made by credit bureaus and financial institutions. Clients understand and accept that results may vary significantly from one case to another and that no assurances can be provided regarding the success or speed of the process.
By engaging with Credzon, clients agree to fulfill certain responsibilities that are essential for the successful execution of services. These responsibilities include providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information; submitting valid and genuine documents; responding promptly to requests for additional information or clarification; and following the financial advice and recommendations provided by our team. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may adversely affect the outcome of services, and Credzon shall not be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such non-compliance.
All fees associated with Credzon’s services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment of fees constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirms the client’s intention to proceed with the selected services. Fees are strictly non-refundable once the service process has been initiated, regardless of the results achieved, the level of satisfaction, or any delays encountered during the process. Clients acknowledge that the nature of the services involves time, effort, and resources that are committed upon initiation, and therefore, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances after the commencement of services.
Cancellation requests, if any, must be made in writing and will only be considered if submitted prior to the initiation of services. Once the service process has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and the client will not be eligible for any refund. In cases where a client chooses to discontinue participation after services have started, the engagement will be considered terminated by the client without any financial reimbursement.
Credzon acts as an intermediary and facilitator in the dispute resolution process. We assist clients in identifying discrepancies in their credit reports and in submitting disputes to the relevant credit bureaus. However, Credzon does not have any control, authority, or influence over the decisions made by credit bureaus. All disputes are reviewed and resolved solely by the respective credit bureaus, and the outcomes are determined based on their internal policies and verification processes. Credzon is not responsible for any rejection, delay, or partial resolution of disputes, and clients agree not to hold Credzon liable for such outcomes.
In the course of providing services, Credzon may interact with third parties, including but not limited to banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), credit bureaus, legal professionals, and other financial institutions. Clients acknowledge that these third parties operate independently and that Credzon has no control over their actions, decisions, or timelines. Any delays, rejections, or issues arising from third-party involvement are beyond Credzon’s control, and the Company shall not be held liable for such occurrences.
Credzon is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of client information. All personal, financial, and sensitive data provided by clients is handled with strict confidentiality and is used solely for the purpose of delivering services. We implement reasonable security measures to protect client data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, clients acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and Credzon cannot guarantee absolute protection against unforeseen data breaches or cyber threats. By using our services, clients consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their information with relevant parties as necessary for service delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Credzon disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, missed opportunities, loan rejections, credit score fluctuations, delays in service delivery, or dissatisfaction with outcomes. Clients agree that they use our services at their own risk and that Credzon’s role is limited to providing guidance and assistance.
Credzon reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion if a client is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Such violations may include, but are not limited to, submission of false information, non-cooperation, abusive behavior, illegal activities, or any actions that may harm the reputation or operations of Credzon. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and Credzon may take further legal action if deemed necessary.
All content available on the Credzon website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding elements, is the intellectual property of Credzon and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of such content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Clients agree to use the Credzon website and services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any attempt to misuse the website, gain unauthorized access, engage in fraudulent activities, or disrupt the functioning of the platform will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal consequences.
Communication between clients and Credzon may take place through various channels, including email, phone calls, messaging platforms, and website forms. Clients acknowledge that timely and effective communication is essential for the successful execution of services and agree to respond promptly to any requests or updates from the Credzon team. Failure to maintain communication may result in delays or incomplete service delivery, for which Credzon shall not be held responsible.
Credzon shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, changes in regulations, technical failures, network issues, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, services may be temporarily suspended and will resume once normal conditions are restored.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Credzon operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. Clients agree to resolve any disputes amicably and, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
By continuing to use Credzon’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement represents the entire understanding between the client and Credzon and supersedes any prior agreements, communications, or representations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
Your use of Credzon’s services signifies your complete acceptance of all terms outlined above, and you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Credzon voluntarily and without any coercion.
Credzon strives to deliver the highest level of service and is committed to assisting clients in improving their credit profiles. While we may offer a strong assurance and confidence in our process based on past experience and expertise, any indication of “100% support” or “maximum effort guarantee” refers strictly to the quality, dedication, and consistency of our service. Actual credit score improvement, profile correction, or financial outcomes are dependent on multiple external factors. These include, but are not limited to, the client’s full cooperation, timely submission of accurate documents, successful completion of all banking formalities, and adherence to financial discipline as advised by our team.
Clients acknowledge that final outcomes are subject to the policies, rules, and regulations of banks, financial institutions, and credit bureaus. Credzon does not have control over these entities, and therefore, any decisions regarding approval, rejection, modification, or processing of disputes, credit updates, or loan applications are made solely by the respective institutions. Even in cases where full cooperation is provided by the client, results may vary due to regulatory guidelines, internal banking policies, and financial eligibility criteria.
By using our services, clients agree and understand that Credzon’s commitment is to provide complete support, guidance, and professional assistance throughout the process; however, final results are dependent on external financial systems and regulatory frameworks, and no absolute or unconditional guarantee of outcome can be enforced beyond these limitations.
